Refund policy

At EMIU, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to our current business stage, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final. To ensure the best fit and satisfaction, we recommend reviewing the product details and size guide before making a purchase.

However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item is flawed or defective

In order for your exchanges to be accepted the item(s) must be unused, unworn, free of any odor or stains, all tags must be attached.

Resolution: For any issues related to defective or wrong items, you will be asked to provide your order number and proofs/photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or offering store credit. 

If you encounter an issue that qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
