- Handling and delivery time: Please allow 1-2 days for processing and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery inside the US. For shipments outside of the US please refer to the tracking details provided by the carrier. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping locations: EMIU currently ships to a majority of the world. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or locations.
- Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to you via email.
- Shipping delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delay can happen due to factors such as weather, destination, customs clearance procedures, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping Costs: We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 and free shipping on all orders over $100 inside the USA. Please note that any applicable taxes or duties imposed by your local authorities are the customer's responsibility.
- Address accuracy: To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
